When I wrote this story, I remember thinking that it was quite funny, with a tinge of darkness. Now I see it online, I realise that it’s actually just dark, with a tinge of humour. Wow. Every now and then you read a piece and think “shit, I wish I’d come up with that”. This is one of them. Dark and brutally funny. One of the best of yours that I’ve read which is no mean feat given the high standard you set. Excellent stuff.
